Covenant Christian Academy (CCA), one of the original home schooling programs in North Alabama offers support and resources to
over 270 families. Our motto is "equipping parents in educating their children to pursue their Godly destiny." The school maintains
a high standard of excellence in the community, offering a mixture of on campus classes, social activities, arts, and sports.
CCA's goal is to disciple, strengthen, and prepare Christian youth to face the world. The truth sets men free, so we "educate
to liberate."
Contemporary Education Academy, a second home schooling program, is open to believers and non-believers
alike. CEA has minimal requirements and costs. All communication, record keeping, reporting, etc. is done online.
Awareness
Ministry, offering Old Testament/New Testament comparative studies, seeks to inform Christians about the Jewish background of
their faith as taught and practiced by Jesus, the apostles, and first century Christianity. Director Robert Somerville and Awareness
Ministry meet at Covenant Center on Friday night to honor the Sabbath and search the scriptures. Numerous booklets and pamphlets
on Hebraic restoration are made available. This concept of teaching is captured in one insightful statement often made by Robert
Somerville: "While we have an Old and New Testament, the Word of God is neither old nor new but eternal. (2 Tim. 3:16)
Covenant
Dancers, believe worship is an integral part of our Judeo-Christian value system, and they seek to re-establish the arts in worship.
This ministry strives to train dancers in the art of praise and worship using ballet techniques and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Director, Linda Marshall, coordinates a Christian dance recital each year and organizes the dancers who minister at the biblical feast
day festivals.
